RolfingĀ® Sessions and Services
RolfingĀ® Structural Integration is an individualized form of structural bodywork and movement education that works with fascia, posture, movement and whole-body organization in gravity. Sessions may follow the RolfingĀ® Ten-Series or be scheduled individually according to each clientās history, goals and current needs.
The Ten Series
The Ten-Series is a structured sequence of ten sessions designed to address patterns of support, mobility and integration throughout the body. The process progresses from the more superficial fascial layers and foundations of support toward deeper core relationships and whole-body integration. Although the series follows an established progression, each session is adapted to the individual.

Specialized Tune-Ups and Targeted Sessions
Individual sessions are available for clients returning after completing the Ten-Series and for those seeking focused work outside the series. A session may begin with a particular area of tension, movement restriction or recent physical strain while still considering how that area relates to the organization of the whole body.
Targeted sessions continue to apply RolfingĀ® principles of alignment and whole-body relationships. However, because they do not follow the systematic ten-session progression, they are not equivalent to the comprehensive process or scope of change associated with the full Ten-Series.
Ongoing Structural and Movement Evaluation
Every session includes ongoing observation of standing posture, movement patterns and changes occurring over time. Evaluation is not limited to the first visit. Philip adjusts the work according to the clientās current structure, movement, response and goals, creating an individualized and client-centered approach throughout the RolfingĀ® process.
